Effective: 21 August 2026. Ralli is currently operating in a controlled pilot and is not yet offering general public delivery coverage.

1. About Ralli

Ralli is a restaurant delivery coordination platform designed to connect the restaurant order workflow, customer payment status, driver dispatch and delivery completion.

2. Launch-list registration

Joining the launch list records your interest in Ralli. It is not a confirmed delivery booking, account opening, service contract or guarantee that Ralli will launch in your area.

3. Pilot status

Features, pricing, service areas, participating restaurants, payment methods and operating processes may change during pilot testing before broader public launch.

4. Payments

When live payment functionality is made available, payment transactions may be processed through third-party payment providers. The applicable payment details and terms will be presented as part of the transaction flow.

5. Availability

Website access and pilot functionality may be changed, suspended or unavailable from time to time while Ralli is being tested and improved.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, submit automated or fraudulent registrations, or attempt to access Ralli systems or information without permission.

7. Privacy

Information submitted through the launch-list form is handled as described in the Ralli Privacy Notice.
