Privacy Notice

Effective: 21 August 2026. This notice explains how Ralli handles information submitted through the Ralli website during its pilot and launch phase.

1. Information we collect

When you join the Ralli launch list, we collect the cellphone number and delivery address that you provide, together with the date and source of your registration and your consent choice.

We may also process limited technical information in a privacy-conscious way to protect the registration form from automated abuse. Where a network identifier is used for rate limiting, Ralli stores a one-way hash rather than the raw value.

2. Why we collect it

We use launch-list information to:

• understand where there is demand for Ralli;
• plan service areas and pilot expansion;
• contact you about Ralli launch and service availability; and
• protect the website and registration process from abuse.

3. How we store and protect it

Website registrations are stored in Ralli's Firebase backend. The public website does not receive direct permission to read or write Ralli's Firestore database. Registrations are validated and saved through a server-side endpoint.

4. Sharing

Ralli does not sell launch-list information. Information may be processed by technology service providers used to operate Ralli, such as cloud hosting and database providers, where this is necessary to provide or secure the service.

5. Retention

We keep launch-list information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including launch planning, service availability, security and applicable legal obligations.

6. Your choices

You may ask Ralli to correct or delete the information you submitted, or ask us to stop contacting you about launch availability.

8. Changes to this notice

Ralli may update this notice as the pilot develops. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
